March 4, 2015 at 9:40 AM: A fully engulfed Volvo on fire has been reported on a ranch near Hwy 132 and Fairland Ave in the Empire area.
CHP and Ceres Police, in addition to Stanislaus County fire personnel are onscene. Be cautious if in that area.
