Al Roker filed a complaint with the NYC Taxi Commission alleging that a taxi driver refused to pick up he and his son and stopped at the white man nearby.
The driver was found guilty of refusing service and was fined $500. It was his second fine of that type. Al Roker, who works for NBC's Today Show, wrote about it on social media, but NBC is not commenting on the incident.
