A complaint was received by the Angels Camp Police of Public Intoxication at Claussen's Corner in downtown Angels Camp.
Claussen's insists they have not served the man, but he is asleep on the bar and refuses to leave.
Police then arrested Frank Donald Fiscus (33) of Angels Camp for alleged Disorderly Conduct due to Alcohol and Obstructing or Resisting a Peace Officer, both misdemeanors.
