We heard recently that an Arnold man was arrested by the unpopular deputy Calaveras Sheriff's deputy Kyle Johnson for cutting trees on someone else's land. Johnson simply does what his wants, with no supervision.
Kyle Johnson has a serious reputation problem. While we agree people should be arrested for cutting trees on someone else's land, we learned that he has refused to arrest others who have cut trees on someone else's land in Ebbetts Pass.
And they were known criminals, reported for various offenses. Kyle Johnson is NOT a good, or honorable deputy, in our opinion.
He has also harassed certain women he doesn't like for personal reasons and the DA and County Counsel have been requested to do a thorough investigation of his false statements from victims.
A demand was also made that he be moved to another area, since we have also been told that he is also doing favors for his PARENTS, who live in District 3 and for Supervisor Oliveira to get even with people who didn't support his election.

That was Kuntz rule. Never arrest racists or dirty cops for anything. Johnson just follows the Kuntz rules. All the deputies, and especially the DA hate women and will dump anything on them.
Is this the same Kyle Johnson who was arrested in Redding for firearms and other crimes? No wonder!
I saw a moving van at his house. did his girlfriend kick him out or did he move somewhere else.
Do you know that if you take the person to court for cutting trees on your land, you can get at lwast $ 250 per tree. Plus other injuries
I know his parents live in blue lake springs and frequent the bars. I'm sure they are as crazy as him. The leaf doesn't fall far from the tree.
