Not one Supervisor had the guts to stand up to Calaveras Supervisor (BULLY Pastor) Edson when he called a special meeting to apply for a $3 million grant with a $ 1 million match.
He and he admin backup said they could use staff time as a match. Does that mean that staff will work on this for free? I'll be we will pay them out of county general fund monies--our TAXES!!
