On March 7, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff arrested Shane Andrew Bilbrey (24) of Valley Springs at the Wallace Chevron in Wallace.
Bilbrey was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Inflicting Injury on a Child and Willful Cruelty to a Child, both felonies.
