CCWD board refuses to lower RATES

Many older residents
suffer from CCWD's
high water rates!!

   After campaigning on one issue, high rates at CCWD (Calaveras County Water District) directors are REFUSING to lower rates AT ALL!!

   In fact all they are doing is planning on holding back on yet another rate increase to our residents and ratepayers.  Bertha Underhill was the #1 Director, along with others, promised they would LOWER existing rates, and were not honest!!

   In their press release, they sent a photo of all of them smiling as happy directors, taking poor older people's money!
