UPDATE: One person was apparently arrested for alleged DUI, booked and then released with a citation.
April 20, 2016 at 5:15 PM: A car has left Humbug Road and gone over a cliff in Mokelumne Hill. An ambulance is en route.
Three CHP are at the scene. A tow truck is responding. One person is still in the car. Use caution as the roadway is blocked.
