UPDATE: An ambulance has been dispatched to the crash site.
April 23, 2016 at 5:15 PM: A blue car has reportedly overturned on Hwy 4 near Tracy Boulevard, just outside Stockton.
CHP is en route to the scene. A tow truck is responding. It isn't know if there are injuries.
