April 16, 2016 at 10 AM: Just as Caltrans was about to close Hwy 99 near Avenue 7 in Madera to work on the guardrail where a big rig crash occurred yesterday, two white Nissans reportedly collided at the same location.
CHP is en route to the scene. Be extra careful in that area. Cars are apparently passing on the shoulder to get around this crash.
