Be cautious on Hwy 4 in Murphys (where is starts and finishes), the Murphys Grade Road, Hwy 49 in downtown Angels Camp and the Vallecito area this morning.The Froggy bike ride is today. They are supposed to follow traffic laws, but watch for them anyway.
