At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting November 15, 2016, Brian Moss, Asst. CAO sat silently while the Sheriff and the Board discussed the Office of Emergency Services.
When they seemed to be on the cusp of picking what they wanted to do, Moss spoke up and said that this is an INFORMATIONAL ITEM only!! What?? An informational item that needed a SPECIAL MEETING?????? Turns out, it was Edson's idea!!
