What kind of Supervisor will Clyde Clapp be for District 5 in Calaveras County???

Clyde Clapp, a close friend of Joe Kelly , who recently moved to Montana, was sworn in as the new Supervisor of District 5, Rancho Calaveras on Monday. He couldn't wait for the next Supervisor meeting on December 13, 2016.

We noticed that Lora Most, an extreme right-wing supporter, was standing with Clapp.  What does that mean?? She supported Spellman, and that's kind of scary!! What will he be like??

What are this guys qualifications for a board member. I plan on grilling him with questions he probably cant answer. Does he have a degree or just another Calaveras High school grad? Pathetic group who would vote for a guy like this. Un-educated with positions against issues without hearing what other board members have to say. This would never happen in any place but this community

As time passes and real work begins. Tough choices will need smart people to make them. All the idiots in Dist. 5 will just say I now have the clapp but cant get rid of it

He was spinning in his chair during his first meeting. Couldn't sit still or speak into the mic for others to hear. BUMP on a log is all he is. Can you believe a guy who campaigned he hangs out at the local barber shop can make important decisions for this community. Unbelievable Dist 5 residents!

He's doing whatever Oliveira tells him. Can't think for himself.

how old is Oliveira? He certainly expresses that he is well qualified in so many different economic business ventures. He must be close to 100 to do all the things he says he's done.
