Due to the total incompetence of the Herr Trump regime, Rex Tillerson (Secretary of State) had no reservations at a hotel for the conference he's attending.
The only place they could put him was in a SANITARIUM. Since he's worth over $325 million, you'd think he could arrange something! Poor Rex!!
