February 27, 2017 at 9:45 AM: A garbage truck has reportedly hit some power lines off Poole Station Road near the old Cement Plant in San Andreas.
Emergency vehicle, including an ambulance are en route to the scene. The driver is still in the vehicle, waiting for PG&E to clear the lines.
