February 23, 2017 at 7:50 AM: A small red vehicle was reported off Hwy 4 and down the embankment in the Avery area.
CHP arrived at the scene until 8:30 AM and a tow truck was dispatched. No injuries were indicated. The roadways are slippery in the Ebbetts Pass corridor.
