UPDATE: It turns out that this business is actually located in Cyde Clapp's District 5. Mills doesn't even know what he's talking about, just mouths off continually, trying to look important.
When Supervisor Oliveira asked if any Supervisor had any comments, Mr. Dennis Mills, extremist right wing Supervisor of District 4, could NOT keep his mouth shut.
He had to comment as if he is in charge of an item in Supervisor Tofanelli's district, in order to try and help ex-Supervisor Edson get points from voters. He is disgusting!!
