If a new General Plan was begun in the year 2000 and after 17 years is still being worked out, costing Calaveras County taxpayers a fortune, what is the purpose?
In 2020 isn't the 20 year time frame up and time to start yet another one? Why bother finishing the one you've wasted all this money on now, anyway???

you're right every 10 years requires a GP update. Unfortunately, Calaveras County doesn't read or comprehend California State Law. BUT, they know when payday is!
