According to a CHP report on November 3, 2018 at approximately 6:30 PM Chuyee Yang (32) of Rancho Cordova was driving a 1999 Toyota on Burson Road near Camanche Parkway.
For an unknown reason, Yang tried to make a U-turn in the middle of Burson Road, causing Ronald Caywood (26) of Burson who was driving a 1997 Ford F250 to collide with the Toyota.
Yang was transported to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto with major injuries. Juveniles in the Toyota and Mr. Caywood received minor injuries.
