The trial for the dirty cop and East Area Rapist-Golden State Killer will be an expensive one, according to the Sacramento CountyDistrict Attorney's office.
The cost of $21 million was mentioned yesterday, mostly due to many other counties sending their prosecutors, evidence and witnesses to the Sacramento location.
DeAngelo, the dirty cop and alleged rapist faces 13 murder and many rape charges in various areas of the state. The taxpayers also have to pay for his defense, as he claims poverty.
Many believe that he was not investigated thoroughly because he was a cop, the same way DiBasilio refuses to bring to justice the dirty cops who commit crimes in Calaveras.
