Late last night Trump tweeted his concession to Speaker Pelosi, admitting that he will not
be allowed to give the State of the Union speech in the House chamber.
He says that instead of having his rally somewhere else, he will wait until the SHUTDOWN is over and Pelosi says he can come to give his speech to both houses of Congress.
He bent WAY OVER and kissed Lady Pelosi's ring!
