Fire in Shasta/Trinity National Forest
A fire that started around 3:30 PM today, September 21, 2012 was 230 acres by 5:30 PM. It started near I-5 and Gilman Rd. in the Shasta/Trinity National Forest.
As you can see on the map, it has burned into the area of the Salt Fire of last month. This fire is 20% contained at last report.
