The Murphys Sanitary Board met on August 13, 2012, and all current Board members were present.Before the regular agenda began there was endless discussion about whether anyone could hear the speakers.
Mr Mike Peccia yelled
and complained that what he said at the last meeting was documented wrong, that he did not say that he was circulating a petition to get rid of the staff at MSD. He did admit that he said he knew one was being circulated
Whether he did or not was not verified on the tape, because everyone seemed scared to argue with Mr. Peccia. Chair Pat Davies immediately agreed with Mr. Peccia, saying the minutes should be changed without going back and listening to the tape..

Peccia is a friend of Davies, she will always give him whatever he wants. He gets his sewer cleaned out for free because of her, right?
Interesting that Mike peccia, claiming he is not the author of the petition to fire MSD office staff, when he is the person walking around town asking for signitures!!! I hear from one person that Mrs. Davies husband had signed the petition twice!! If Mike Peccia is not the author...who is??? He will not comment!! However, he gets whatever he wants from the Board President....go figure..it doesn't take a genius to see the real truth. Peccia gets the minutes changed with a nod from the President Pat Davies??? Unbelieveable!!!!
