Contact with Assemblyman Bigelow's Chief of Staff! Kudos to Bigelow!

   We don't usually mention contacts we have with our elected officials, since it is common for
newspapers to communicate with them.

   However, this morning we were contacted by Kirk Kimmelshue, Frank Bigelow's Chief of Staff. In the past couple of months we had broken off communications with him after an uncomfortable conversation during which Kirk became a bit angry.

   We want you to know that there are some good people out there, working for elected officials, and Kirk is one of them. He apologized for letting his temper get the best of him.

   Hardly EVER do we see elected officials or their representatives make apologies for their mistakes or in any way admit to ever having done anything that was not good for their constituents.

   This is a wonderful sign for Frank Bigelow and reflects his own manners and common sense! Wish there were more like him!
