Paticia Noll Falls Asleep on Hwy 26?

According to CHP, Patricia Jo Noll (66) of Glencoe, was driving a 2007 Toyota Prius on Hwy 26
at around 5:40 PM on September 30, 2013 west of Rich Gulch Road at about 35-40 MPH, when she fell asleep at the wheel.

The Toyota travelled left across the westbound traffic lane and left the roadway.  Noll woke up as the vehicle left the roadway and observed a downed tree and attempted to steer to the right and away from the tree, but was unable to turn or stop in time before hitting the tree.

The Toyota then continued to travel eastbound on the shoulder where the front end collided with the ascending embankment.

The Toyota then traveled backwards and came to rest on its wheels. According to CHP alcohol or drugs were not a factor in this accident.

Noll was taken to Mark Twain Medical Center with minor injuries.

Isn't this Steve Wilesnky's wife, although she chooses not to use his name?

I want to know if all the proper alcohol and drug tests were taken? Seems to me that lately CHP picks and chooses who they test, even after an accident like this.
