October 3, 2013: As most of you know who travel through Murphys on Hwy 4 regularly, UPUD is installing new fire hydrants, and today they are trenching across Hwy 4, causing traffic delays.
Earlier, we spent 15-20 minutes waiting to pass through, so plan your trip appropriately.
