CHP is responding to a vehicle collision involving what is reported to be a "mother deer" injured on Hwy 4 at Pool Station Road.
A red Ford Explorer was involved. No human injuries have been reported. Use extra caution in that area until cleared.

What a waste and now her fawns will likely die of starvation or a predator. And all because the driver didn't have the simple $9.99 whistles stuck on the front of the vehicle.
