On January 1, 2014 at around 10 PM Angels Camp Police arrested James Rick Moore (45) of Altaville in the Rite Aid parking lot for alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance not provided by a doctor, a felony and being under the influence of a Controlled Substance, a misdemeanor.
Moore was booked into the Calaveras County Jail.
