Big Rig stuck on Hwy 12

    UPDATE:  Big rig now off roadway.

    January 15, 2014:  At 6:34 AM a big rig was reported stuck after attempting to turn around on Hwy 12 at Flag City Blvd in the Lodi area.

   CHP and a tow truck have been dispatched.
