On January 7, 2014, the CSAC friend of Calaveras Chair Callaway who came to present them with the Strategic Planning ideas to the Board of Supervisors compared them to DOCTORS and then DANCERS. What a joke!!!
They were all asked what their first jobs were. Callaway said it was working in a toy store, Edson said it was working in a foundry, Ponte said it was babysitting, Spellman said it was a paper route and Wright said his was
Interesting was that Edson wants the Board to think outside the box and Spellman says the Board is drunk with the idea of staying exactly the same and that they should get sober and realize that this is the reason the county is suffering with no tax money.
What is interesting about these two is that neither of them will THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX nor do they SOBER UP. They continue to vote against exactly what they SAY they want for the County. Are they liars or are they just not competent to be elected officials.
Callaway and Ponte gave purely political answers, saying absolutely nothing of substance. These people are not dreaming of becoming like either doctors or dancers.
This man is giving them false dreams or delusions of grandeur.

Would loosening up regulations help the economy? The Mosby project would be three homes.
If the county got the "FEMA SCHEME" under control, General Plan in motion might help.
Spellman wants to increase taxes.
Wait and see how long before the push for increased taxes takes place.
