On January 1, 2014 around 4:45 AM, Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested Kenneth Blair Mosley (52) of Copperopolis at his home on Signal Hill Trail for alleged Battery on Emergency Personnel, Discharge of a Weapon negligently, both felonies; and Battery on a Peace Officer in an Emergency, Obstructing or Resisting a Public Officer and Disorderly Conduct due to Alcohol, misdemeanors.
Mosley was booked into the Calaveras County Jail by Calaveras Sheriff's deputies.
