Thomas Meyer of Copperopolis wants to be a Calaveras County Judge?

Responds to criticism at 3:10 AM

Now that Thomas Meyer has filed to be a candidate for Judge in Calaveras County, the Meyers', who have been embroiled in a lengthy legal battle with their Copper Cove Homeowners Association,
seem to have dropped their legal attempt to avoid repaying the Homeowners legal fees.

This long siege, which has involved both Mr. and Mrs. Meyer, is apparently only one of the legal problems; two others at the State Bar Association in which Mr. Meyer was involved have been made public by another publication.

There are reportedly two instances where he was subject of complaints as attorney in the past. He has written a response to the publishing of these facts.

We received a forwarded copy of that response, via email, in which he states that  "Charity Manness has failed to comply with California Election Law and has not printed the attached Candidate Response."

Mr. Meyer goes on to state "I am a transparent candidate for Judge of Calaveras County Department 1 and have nothing to hide.

I welcome questions regarding my settlement with the California State Bar.  I do expect full protection of the Law during my Candidacy." Thomas Meyer, Attorney at Law

An interesting note to this is that the original email from Mr. Meyer was sent at 3:10 AM on January 17, 2014.

Thomas Meyers a Judge? That's a good one! Thomas Meyers would make as good of a Judge as Adlof Hitler would be as head of immigration. Both are clinically insane!
