At the January 7, 2014 strategic planning study session, several conflicting items came up. Cliff Edson went to the Calaveras Unified School District meeting, saying he wasn't there as a Supervisor.
He also sits on the Calaveras County EDC although it is not clear that he was approved by the Board to represent them. Quite an interesting discussion about how people believe you are representing the Board. Darren Spellman and Chris Wright have done the same thing.

Done what, sit on the EDC board at the same time without approval of the board to get around the Brown Act some how?

Did Wright go to the same meeting? Was Spellman there too?
