Allow extra time! Caltrans is back working in Murphys this morning. The main complaint from residents who drive to work on Hwy 4 each day is that they never know where they will be working next.
CHP is posting a patrol car in that area. Children waiting at the bus stop on the Weight Scale road are dealing with high speed drivers cutting through to turn into Bret Harte Center to avoid the traffic tie up.
