UPDATE at 3:30 PM: Cal Fire says the now called Jackson Fire is 15% contained now.
UPDATE: Another water tender was requested for this fire. As of 2:40 PM this fire is 60 acres and is 0% contained. This fire is nearby the Moccasin Point Marina.
September 4, 2014 at noon: Cal Fire is responding to a report of a grass fire at Hwy 49 and Jacksonville Road in Jamestown, not far from Don Pedro.
We'll provide more details as we can get them.
