Carl O. Vineyard was born on April 15, 1936 in Merced. He passed away on Tuesday October 7, 2014 at his residence in Angels Camp, where he resided for 60 years.
He worked at Williams Auto Parts in Angels Camp until his retirement in 1998, after which he spent time working on people's cars as an auto mechanic, a skill which he practiced for over 60 years.
He was a former member of Angels Camp Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife Rosemary Vineyard of Angels Camp; son William Vineyard of Angels
Camp, 3 daughters Robin (Dwight) Fleming of Angels Camp, Rebecca (David) Carey of Angels Camp and Gayle (John) Wanzer of South Lake Tahoe; 2 brothers, Clifford (Emmy) Vineyard of Salem, Oregon and Terry (Gig) Vineyard of Santa Barbara; 7 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
No services will be held at his request. Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.
