The Calaveras Sheriff Volunteers assisted with traffic control and security at the Gold Rush Day celebration in Angels Camp.
The Volunteer unit continues to need more volunteers to assist various communities in holding public events. Seniors are welcome and no experience is necessary. Call 754-6500 to get more information.
