December 7, 2014 at 8:45 AM: CHP are still at the scene of a Chevy pickup that was reported fully engulfed in fire at Paulsen Road and Nowlin Ct. in Turlock.
An investigation team is trying to get the VIN off of it. It appears to have been stripped first, according to reports.
