December 9, 2014 at 10:30 AM: Two cows have been reported out on Hwy 4 at Canyon View in Hathaway Pines for the second time this morning.
CHP tried to notify Animal Control, but it wasn't clear if they were working. Be careful if you are headed in that direction.
