According to the US Census Bureau is projecting population downwards because the impact of the recession has stopped many from wanting babies.
By 2060 the US population is projected to be 416.8 million, which is 3.5 million less than they projected two years ago.
They also announced that the official minority/majority tipping point is 2044; the point where those who are minorities now will be the majority.
Racists who plan to live that long had better find a nice dark rock to hide under because hopefully they will all be voting.
