It was announced yesterday that another killing by a rookie officer in Brooklyn, NY will be given to the Grand Jury.
Apparently, the investigation showed that the man was also unarmed and "totally innocent". Most at totally skeptical of the Grand Jury system in America after several "No charges" verdicts have been released where cops are involved.
