Remembering two local Vietnam War victims

Cpl. Gene Kuntz is buried in

from Murphys

   Two of the men who died in 1968 in the Vietnam War from Calaveras County were Gene Kuntz of Murphys, and Doug Sloan of San Andreas.

  Both were Calaveras High School grads.   How many
remember them?
