Bank employees were able to determine that the check was stolen
and the bank did not suffer any loss. This informational bulleting has been published to warn all local merchants to be-on-the-lookout for this suspect.
Hoanh Minh Thach is on Post Release Community Supervision and is described as a 5'8" Asian male, approximately 160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was in an unknown late-model sedan, white in color, with an unknown female accomplice.
Please do not attempt to stop or detain this suspect. I you see him, try to obtain an accurate clothing description and if possible a vehicle description and license plat number and notify the Angels Camp Police Department.
