UPDATE at 10:25 AM: A vehicle had run off the roadway and down into a gully. Fortunately, CHP indicates there were no injuries. Lanes are not blocked.
December 16, 2014 at 10:10 AM: CHP is en route to the scene of a traffic collision reported on Hwy 4 near Pool Station Road.
It isn't yet known if there are injuries. Use extra caution if heading in that direction, and slow down. The roads are wet.
