After 10 years and at least $1.5 million, the Calaveras County General Plan has been released for comment and review; and this isn't the first time.
Although there were warnings, it is now official that the YEARS
of work on community plans will now have been totally in vain, as they and their boundaries have now been officially DUMPED!!
People in District 3 want to know if those terrible community plans that were created by a certain developer in Arnold, (except for his development) are also being thrown out. PD (Planned Development has just about killed Ebbetts Pass)
