Dear Angels Camp City Council:
Does it bother you, the elected officials that Michael McHatten controls what email messages you receive from property owners in town? Does he really believe you are that stupid?
Does it bother you that Mr. McHatten attempts to control your decisions by intentionally not notifying you or responding to the press until after your meeting about an issue on the agenda.
Does it bother you, the elected officials who are supposed to represent the people of Angels Camp, that you are totally under his control?? It should!

nothing surprises me in this town.
I heard Mr. McHatten has had this problem in other places he's worked. If our council allows it, they aren't working for us.
Hey, I remember Raggio saying when he resigned that he was told his main job was to protect the city from lawsuits, not to help the citizens who elected him. My whole attitude towards mchatten and them changed that night.
why even have a city council. maybe they should drop the city and go with the county.
Just saw this. I want to know more about what Raggio made public. is it on film?
