Tea Party McManus tells Oliveira what to do? Permits for deck???

So, what will McManus
tell him to do this meeting??

   A little birdie told us that the new "blowhard" Supervisor (who really loves women) has placed Tea Party McManus in the audience to bring up things he wants to blow about. Then he tries to act like he knows
what he is talking about.

  In fact, at the last Supervisor meeting, McManus got up and spouted off about the county transit buses.  Of course, if Mr. Oliveira had been living in Calaveras County he would have known that this is discussed regularly--at COG, where it is paid for.
 

   Of course, Tea Party McManus was not only on the Oliveira committee, but we hear he built a big deck for Oliveira at his Arnold home.  Did he have permits????
