UPDATE at 11:10 AM:  Another fire was spotted not far from the first fire.  Another engine and watertender will be dispatched.

UPDATE at 10:45 AM:  A water tender was just requested to be dispatched to this fire. This is reported as a 30' x 30' spot of fire in the grass.

UPDATE at 10:20 AM:  They have now dispatched a 2nd engine and Vallecito work camp to this location, calling it a credible fire report.

July 31, 2015  at 10:10 AM:  A report of smoke on Hwy 4 at Black Springs has caused Ebbetts Pass Fire to be dispatched.

Also SPI was notified. Perhaps this is one of their burn piles, which could be in Cottage Springs area instead of Black Springs.
