When we're wrong about an election, we say so....

And to the person on his committee
who is trying to help him, it is way
too late. He made the decision and
he has to sleep in it.

   When it was discovered that the man many of us had supported for Supervisor of District 5 in 2010 seemed to be a little loco, the Sierra Sentinel was the first one to admit that we had made a mistake.

   Now, after supporting Steve Kearney, he turns out
to be the worst kind of extremist, a tea party wacko, who wants to put an asphalt plant in our backyards, but votes against homeowners building a home on their own land over and over and over again.

   And we admit, he gave a false front; pretending to be a moderate, careful thinking person who would represent RANCHO Calaveras voters, NOT the Tea Potty.

     We were wrong. Many times people running for office lie and pretend to be something they are
not in order to get your vote.   What more can we say!
