CHP has given an order NOT to move this vehicle at this time.
July 28, 2015 at 4:55 PM: A white car reportedly spun out and rolled over off Hwy 99 at the Keyes Road onramp, ending up under the onramp.
The driver is pinned in with the vehicle on its roof. An ambulance and tow truck are en route to the scene. Use extra caution if in the area.
